“Thank you so much for all your help catering Mike’s Birthday! Your food was wonderful, everybody loved the empanadas, and the rice & beans. The pork-pernil was outstanding, I had a second helping as a midnight snack. SO GOOD! A good friend of mine who came is 1/2 Puerto Rican – he loaded up a big foil pan of goodies to share with his mama. He said it tasted like home. Also, my mother who has been unwell and ate a huge plate of food, which made me super happy. I sent extra empanadas home with the guests as party favors. So everyone has lunch for today too.”
